Starting December 5, Asman Airlines will launch regular flights from Almaty to Karakol International Airport. The state-owned airline’s press service announced.
Flights will be operated twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays, departing from Almaty at 11:35 a.m. and returning from Karakol at 12:35 p.m. Travel time is 35 minutes.
Flights on this route were previously operated from time to time, as there have been no regular flights since the 1970s.
Ticket prices start at 6,500 soms.
