Woman killed, 3 injured in road accident on Bishkek-Naryn-Torugart road

A serious traffic accident occurred at 36^th kilometer of Bishkek — Naryn — Torugart highway, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

According to preliminary reports, the driver of a Hyundai Solaris lost control of the vehicle, and it left the road and crashed into a tree. A woman died in the accident. Two other women and a minor were injured.

Three officers from Issyk-Ata district unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene to conduct rescue operations. Rescuers recovered the body of the deceased and extricated the injured, after which they were handed over to an ambulance crew.

The circumstances of the road accident are being investigated.
