Kyrgyzstan’s public debt as of November 30, 2025 amounted to $8,850.12 billion, the Ministry of Finance reported.
According to it, the largest part of the domestic debt—$3,527.41 billion (99 percent)—is loans on long-term securities.
External debt largely includes loans from Export-Import Bank of China, which amount to $1,499.61 billion (28.4 percent).
As of November 30, 2025, the public debt provisionally amounted to 43.49 percent of the Kyrgyz Republic’s gross domestic product.
