At the next session of the Jalal-Abad City Council, Mayor Ernisbek Ormokov proposed considering the issue of renaming the city.
He noted that changing the name could help improve the city’s image and attract investment. However, the mayor emphasized that the decision should be made after a broad discussion with city residents.
